At Dixxon, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flannel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Locate Your Order

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the dropdown menu to help us improve our quality control.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 4.
  Ship and Receive Credit

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, we will issue your refund or ship your new exchange.
